Round 4 - Fowler

Last time:
- The house got a makeover
- Elijah upgrades the town's power plant
- Lou opens up a bakery
- Lou also starts an affair with a townie
- Hope is near aspiration failure


A fire has to happen! Thank goodness we have the fire service available in town!
I tried to complete the major ROS event with the buyable fires from MTS, but it was lagging out my game, and making my sims not able to complete any actions, and just rotate...other simmers seem to have a problem with these fires, so I think when I get this ROS event in the future, It'll probably just have them leave their food on/in the stove for a while to get the fire started :/


The first day begins




For breakfast, it's grits, sausage and cheese!

Meanwhile, at City Hall...


Elijah purchases the new community lot for the town in his office, and then opens the building to sell some things!

Yay! I don't know why running City Hall is so hard for me... (probably because there's no employees!)

Back at home, Hope is recovering from a cold :(


And Lou enjoys some drama on TV

Elijah returns from City Hall, and the first thing he does is refill Moonshine's food bowl


Then gave some love to Hammy 




Day two begins!

Back at home, Lou has a new tan and does some baking for her business


I didn't know she was making a gender reveal cake...it was labled as 'Cake' in the pie menu....


Hope is still resting...


Sugar cookies were made as well!


As the night turns into day, the kitchen becomes a mess

They ran out of food, so Lou heads over to Super Duper Fresh Mini Mart to get some groceries for the house

Elijah returns from work and pays the bills


Hope wakes up and then tries to learn how to obtain lifelong happiness...


That was until Lou left the kitchen to go pee...
WITHOUT TAKING THE SCONES OUT THE OVEN ...


Seaport's first fire!


Cora Fennell: Was the mixtape I gave hope too fire? Heh... Okay but for real, what happened here?


The fireman from a nearby town is here to put the fire out, while Moonshine watches him
Moonshine: I believe in you!


After the fireman put the fire out, Hope stops panicking and thanks the fireman for saving the day.


They talk a bit more while Lou is disheartened by the burnt scones...


Hope: He is one hot fireman!
I really don't see her and her current man being together forever since they want different things in life...so she's looking for a new potential lover!




She's still upset over the fire


And where was Elijah when all this went down?


Asleep! It seems like the mayor is always occupied with something when something major happens to one of his residents!


Hope...what is this? Dracula Spaghetti? It's not even Autumn yet!




Let's end the night with some late night talk show






Elijah wakes up early and gives Moonshine some love

Then a solo chess game


Hope is up!

Hope and Elijah carpool to work together

Lou tried heading over to her business, but she couldn't because two stray dogs started fighting, blocking the way off the lot!

Lou was able to use hard sell on customers now, so we tried out on a few sims like Parker the townie...
He looks terrified


Parker: Okay I will buy your sugar cookies! Leave me alone now.


Lou: I should start making cupcakes soon so we can sell them!


And we're done for the day


Back at home, Elijah returns from work and got a promotion and brought Link home from work...I didn't know Link would be into politics!


They talk about the nice weather that has been coming to town for the last few days


Then Link introduces himself to Moonshine


They seem to like each other!


Hope introduces herself to Link and they get close


A bit too close...Parker finds the two flirting!


Parker: I don't get it! Why were you flirting with him?! We're together!
Hope: Oh please, you act like you're a saint. you've done the same thing to me! And you rarely show me love anymore...there's nothing between us anymore.


Parker ended up fighting Link!


Link lost the fight, somehow...


Hope: Okay, that's it. I get that you're mad, but you shouldn't have put your hands on him! You should of fought me! I made the moves! Not him! Get out, I never want to see your face around here anymore.
Parker: Wait...I'm sorry!


Hope apologizes to Link and checks up on him.


Late night bass and squash dinner

Late in the evening, Link leaves
Link: I hope I don't get jumped by that guy on my way home!


Lou and Elijah have some alone time together


...I'm guessing woohooing cures illnesses in The Sims universe!




Hope does some cleaning around the kitchen


Elijah wakes up early the next day to play a solo game of chess again
Elijah: Oh my watcher I suck at this game!




The last day of the rotation

Hope decides it's time to quit her job at Pet Haven and start her own business, she calls up Fawn Kerr and quits her job!


She takes out a 50k Loan and purchases her new business


Welcome to Sound Choice! A music store, that sells instruments, record players and some vinyl things....If I was able to sell signular records, that would be cool, but there's no mesh for that and I would make so many recolors which would be all of my favorite bands/artist!






Love how the inside turned out...now let's open up for the first day!


Link is our first customer...and it looks like he wants to buy a guitar?

Back at the house, Elijah had the want to throw a party locked for a few rounds now, so we went ahead and threw a party! Let's pretend it's a block party or something...


We got outdoor seating, the grill and juice keg ready...


Lou cleans up Hammy's cage before the party starts

They ran out of food (again), so we had to order some before the guests arrived

But Lou turns him down!
Lou: Sorry...I just don't think it would be right since you dated my friend, and my husband might be around the corner...try again another time maybe?


Lily Everett: SMUSTLEEEEEEEEEE TIMEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!


The party ends around the same time the round ended! The party was Not Bad!


That's the end of the round! No taxes since the mayor lives in this household.

- I'm probably going to have Hope move out next round into her own place, and she'll peruse Link...I think they would be cute together!
- She will also take Moonshine with her as well, because he's closer to her than with Elijah or Lou.
- I'm hoping sooner or later, Lou or Elijah will roll the want to get married, I really want a wedding to happen soon!
- Note to self: Have Lou bake more next round for her business...and to hire employees!
